TRADE MISSIONS IN ROMANIA

Trade missions are group international business trips for exporters and investors.. They provide an opportunity to explore new business in Romania and to meet face to face with local potential business partners. You receive support from trained commercial staff at your local Embassy, and travel under the international recognised and respected OPEN SKY INTERNATIONAL brand, and  The Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with an experienced mission manager.

OPEN SKY INTERNATIONAL is an active member of The Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and we can offer knowledge, experience and expertise in how to make the most of visiting Romania.

Trade mission programme

The trade mission will provide a framework for your visit. The trade mission programme will include:

  • A briefing meeting at your Embassy on the first day to introduce you to the market
  • A networking reception, usually at the British Ambassador's residence, to which you can invite existing clients and make new contacts.
  • Visits to local points of interest
  • Meeting with local companies to explore business opportunities
  • A debrief meeting at the end of the trade mission to review the visit and identify areas for future assistance

Individual meetings

Our staff are able to put together a programme of meetings for your visit. This will usually form part of a market research report.  We do not organise individual programmes as part of the trade mission.

Translators and Interpreters

In some cases  it may be necessary to hire an interpreter for your business meetings. We have lists of recommended interpreters that they can provide for you.  This must be arranged in advance of the trade mission. Your trade mission manager may be able to help with translation or interpretation on an informal basis.
